VJ Tellez Construction LLC has been family-owned and operated since 2018. Victor Tellez is the founder and owner, with the help of his wife, Gaby.

About the owner

Victor is native to Austin, Texas, born and raised. Victor was birthed into the industry and has been doing construction and remodeling since he can remember. Following the family trade, Victor spent most of his adolescent summer years on construction projects, learning craftsmanship hands-on. At the age of fifteen, Victor entered the industry in his first career role in remodeling and as a general contractor.

Education

After high school, Victor received a four-year scholarship to a University in Missouri through his other favorite activity, Soccer (fútbol). After two years of playing, he transferred closer to the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley in South Valley, Texas, to be closer to family. He later transferred to Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design at Austin Community College and obtained a Bachelors in Construction Science and Management from Texas State University.

Experience

Although Victor had been exposed to the industry early on in his childhood, he wants to learn from the best to become the best he can be in his craftsmanship. Before starting his company, VJ Tellez Construction LLC, Victor gained substantial experience in drafting, estimating, design, and background in the structural mechanics of modern construction while working on numerous construction projects. His accumulated experience working with new and existing homes has allowed him to push the envelope to surpass his client's expectations.

What the future holds

Victor looks forward to building relationships with his existing clients and growing his clientele by continuing to exceed customer expectations. Victor firmly believes that it takes a village to make things happen; he has high hopes of forming and expanding his network of partnerships with reliability and integrity. Victor's goal for VJ Tellez Construction is to one day become one of the most recognized and respected names in contracting and
Architectural Design.
